The following outline is intended as a flexible guideline for the business establishment housed within an IP Entity:
A suitable entity will be established to own the Intellectual property. Licenses may be granted to other participants to execute the functions of:
The holding IP Entity may develop the technology further, produce Prototypes, Model Ranges and Marketable Working Models. It may further supply Technology, Training, Design Programs & Software for use by Manufacturing Organisations under licence, etc.
Having the full Range of Working Models on hand it may use these to Market and promote the Products to interested Customers and retain a Commission on Sales allocated for manufacture by outsourced Licensed Manufacturing Organisations. The IP Entity may invite investment by Venture Capital Companies, etc. It may also invite grants from Governments and Organisations keen to promote Wave Power Generation, Green Technologies, etc.
The IP Entity’s Income should derive from;
In order to maximize the development and use of the Enerotor the activities of the IP Entity may be limited to the above. This will result in the minimization of its funding requirements because Manufacturing, for example, may be outsourced. It may allow simultaneous expansion of sales and use of the Enerotor because exhaustion of manufacturing capacity or funding limitations in those regards may otherwise lead to curbing of growth.
The expertise in the Technology and Product Range should provide focus, centralization, controlled optimization and standardization.
An expert team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers may be engaged to ensure State of the Art Technology which may be constantly updated, improved and optimisied. This should lead to economies in preventing duplication of designs and ‘short-cut’ competition resulting in reduction of Product Quality etc.
