The higher sea water level on the left side fills the buckets and gravity drives them vertically downwards. This rotates the outer cylinder with its inner ring gear anticlockwise. In this example the ring gear in turn rotates all of the multiple 'planetary' generators attached to smaller ring gears simultaneously also in the same anticlockwise direction as they all rotate around the central 'sun' gear on the axle which bobs vertically but does not rotate.
Multiple similar planetary generator sets may be positioned internally along the length of the Enerotor cylinder and these all generate electricity simultaneously.
The multiple generators are connected to combine all the electricity generated which may then be fed to the Grid onshore by means of undersea or overhead cables.
